Delete your Risely account
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app in under a minute. If you no longer have the app, email us and we will do it for you.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm twice. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
By email
Send a request from the email address on the account to [email protected]. We verify the address, delete the account, and confirm by reply within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, friend code, avatar, and privacy settings
- Alarms, settings, sleep reports, journal entries, statistics, and achievements synced to our servers
- Friendships, buddy events, battles, leaderboard entries, and shared sound mixes
- Push notification registrations and sign-in tokens
- AI usage records tied to your account
- Photos and files you uploaded: avatar, sound mix covers, and bug report screenshots
- Your RevenueCat customer record, including any Pro time earned from referrals or granted by us
Data that stays on your phone (local alarms, custom wallpaper photos, on-device snoring clips) is removed when you uninstall the app.
What is kept
- Diagnostic logs and crash reports, with the link to your account removed, for up to 90 days
- Purchase records held by Apple and Google under their own policies
Deleting your account does not cancel a Risely Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google; cancel yours in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
